What are check in and check out times?
Check in time is after 4PM. If your unit is ready prior to 4PM, we may allow you to check in early; however, we cannot guarantee early check in. Check out time is 10AM. Any late check out is subject to an additional night’s charge.
Do you sell discount tickets to area shows and attractions?
Yes, we sell tickets to a variety of shows and attractions in Pigeon Forge. Please contact our front desk and they will be happy to assist you.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, a limited number of our owners have established their unit as pet-friendly. Condos that are pet-friendly accept dogs only, up to 2 dogs per unit that are up to 15 pounds each. Due to the limited supply of these units, please contact our front desk directly for availability.
What are your office hours?
We have a 24 hour front desk.
What are your pool hours?
Our indoor pool is open 24 hours a day. Our lazy river is open May-October and is open from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Do you have a restaurant on property?
No, we do not have a restaurant on property, but there are more than 20 restaurants within 1 mile of the resort.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes! Contact our sales department or fill out our request form to have a sales manager contact you.
Is RiverStone Resort a smoke-free property?
Yes, all condos, balconies, and public areas are non-smoking.
Does the unit have washer & dryer?
Yes, all condos have a washer, dryer, and starter package of laundry detergent. Additional laundry detergent is available at the front desk.
Do the condos have internet access?
Yes, we have free wired and wireless internet in all condos and throughout the property.
Do you have rollaway beds?
We do not have rollaway beds on property; however every unit with the exception of our Cabin has a sofa sleeper.
Do you have cribs?
We have a limited supply of Pack-N-Play’s. These are on a first come-first serve basis. Please contact the front desk if you would like to request a Pack-N-Play during your stay.
Do you provide coffee?
We have coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. Each condo is equipped with a coffee maker; however, we do not supply coffee in the condos.
Do you have hairdryers, irons, and ironing boards in the condos?
Yes, every condo has a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
What are your kitchens stocked with?
We supply every condo with dishware, utensils, baking dishes, teakettle, colander, measuring cups, knife set, 8 piece non-stick cookware, pitcher, blender, toaster, kitchen towels and other useful items.
What else is supplied in the condo?
We offer a starter supply of soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, toilet tissue, facial tissue, and trash bags. Each condo is supplied with linen based on its maximum occupancy.
What is required to make a reservation?
A deposit of 1 night + tax is required to make a reservation. Upon check-in, the remaining balance is due and you will be required to present identification.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You will be refunded your full deposit less a $25 Cancellation Fee if you cancel more than 7 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be given within 7 days of your arrival date.
Is there a charge for changing my reservation dates?
You may change your reservation dates with no charge if you contact us more than 7 days prior to your original arrival date. If the change is made less than 7 days prior to your original arrival date there is a $25 Change Fee.
How much is the cleaning fee? What is it for?
RiverStone wants you to have the most relaxing stay possible during your vacation. We provide you with a clean, comfortable condo upon arrival, and do not ask you to do anything before you check out. All guests pay a 1 time departure cleaning fee so that their checkout process is minimal and the next guest will arrive to the same clean unit as the previous guest. The cleaning fee is based on the number of bedrooms in the unit:1 Bedroom - $40; 2 Bedroom - $60; 3 Bedroom - $70; 4 Bedroom - $95; Cabin - $70
