Spa Hours of Operation:

Monday: 10 am - 5 pm

Tuesday - Thursday: 9 am - 6 pm

Friday - Saturday: 9 am - 7 pm

Sunday: Closed

An ideal gift for the spa enthusiasts, gift cards are available for purchase at The Spa at RiverStone.

Gratuity:

For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be applied to all spa treatments, including spa packages.

Loss or Damage:

Please do not bring valuables to the spa, as we cannot secure these items.  lockers are provided to store your clothing and miscellaneous items throughout your spa day.

Spa Etiquette:

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first spa appointment.  Arriving late for your scheduled appointment will limit the time of your treatment.  Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.  Please respect guests' right to privacy and serenity.  No cell phones, cameras, or laptop computers are allowed in the spa.  The spa is a nonsmoking facility.  Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy:

If you make a cancellation, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment.  Cancellations received later than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the treatment booked.
