RiverStone’s Pet Policy

Some of our condo owners allow dogs only in their condominiums. Remember that our condos are individually owned, and not all of them welcome pets. If you wish to bring your pet, you must notify us before you make your reservation. Any guest found with a pet in a non-pet-friendly condo will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be given.

Please note: The limit is no more than two pets up to 15 pounds each.

Rules

As you know, a pet-friendly condo is a rarity, so please abide by the rules. We ask that all of our guests be considerate of the next guest that will be enjoying the condo after you.

• Make sure that bathing and flea dipping are done before your arrival.
• Once you are here, please do not leave your dog at the condo alone.
• Make sure your dog is on a leash when out of the condo.
• Walk your dogs in the designated areas only, and pick up after your pets.

Guests found violating these rules will be evicted with no refund given.

Fees

The pet fee is a nonrefundable $25 a day per pet, with a two-pet maximum. At check-in, an authorization of an additional $100 will be put on your credit card. This amount is refundable seven days after checkout. However, if a dog has long hair or sheds excessively, or if pets leave behind any waste matter, fleas, or damages to the property, the $100 charge will apply and will not be refunded.
