RiverStone Signature club is a loyalty program to reward loyal RiverStone guests.
- RiverStone Signature Club is Free to Join.
- You must book through RiverStone Rentals to earn points – either directly at (877) 225-4121 or book online www.riverstoneresort.com
- Guests earn 1 point per dollar spent on condo rental (on qualifying stays).
- Once a member earns 3,000 points, they are upgraded to Gold level
- Once a member earns 10,000 points, they are upgraded to Platinum Level
- Once a member has reached Gold level, they may use their points to purchase additional amenities during future stays.

Details, Terms, & Conditions:
Qualifying Stays: Rates Eligible for Points Accrual: You must book your room directly with RiverStone Resort & Spa to be eligible to receive points. (Reservations booked online and/or through third parties such as VRBO, private owners, booking.com, expedia.com, hotels.com, etc. are NOT eligible to participate). Promotional and discounted rates are NOT eligible to receive RiverStone Signature Club points.
Rates that are eligible to receive points include:
- Standard Rate
- AAA Rate
- AARP Rate
- Gold & Platinum 10% Discount Rate
Rates that are NOT Eligible Include but are not limited to: Group Rates, Weekly Rates, Winter Special Rates, Third Party Rates, Promotional Rates, Package Rates, Corporate Discounted Rates, Government Rates
- Rate eligibility is determined solely by RiverStone Resort and may change at any time without notice.
- Point accruals are based 100% on Dollar Spent on condo rental. Members do not accumulate points based on Spa Charges, Housekeeping Fees, Attraction Tickets, Gift Baskets, Taxes, or other services added on to the hotel bill.
a. When you check out, the points for your stay will be added to your account within 24 hours of checkout
b. Points are not added to your account if your stay has not been paid in full
c. Members may not use their points they are accruing with the stay until after they check out (cannot use points until future visits)
d. Members may earn points on up to 3 condo rentals at a time. (if you have 4 or more condo units rented in your name at one time, you will only earn points on 3 of them).
e. Only 1 member may earn points per reservation. Points cannot be “split” between members.
Purchase with Points:
Once a member has banked 3,000 points in their account, they can use those points to pay for additional services during their stay. The current list of “Pay With Points” Items can be found at www.riverstoneresort.com/SignaturePaywithPoints at any time. Items available to redeem and point values are subject to change at any time without notice.
Once a Gold Member uses points, if they drop below 3,000 points in their bank they will drop down to a General Member.
If a Platinum member uses points that drop them below 10,000 points, they are still a Platinum Member (“Platinum for Life” Status).
No member may use more points than they have in their bank at any time.
Benefits Details, Terms, and Conditions:
1. Welcome Amenities will vary and are subject to change. Examples of Welcome Amenities may include:
a. Bottle of water and/or snack
b. Gift from RiverStone with logo
c. Spa Samples or Merchandise
2. Exclusive Offers & Promotions: Members will receive a monthly E-Mail letter from RiverStone with packages, specials, and promotions. If members choose to “Opt-Out” of these emails, RiverStone Signature Club program will NOT give them this benefit of membership.
3. Complimentary Towel Exchange: This includes changing out your dirty towels for clean towels. As a member, you are entitled to this service at maximum once per day of your stay.
4. Special Discounts & Deals from our area partners: We have teamed up with local attractions and businesses to offer our members discounts and promotions during their visit at RiverStone Resort. Offers from our Partners are subject to change however there will always be a list of partners and their offers available at the front desk.
5. Monthly Drawing: Each month, RiverStone Resort will hold a drawing for a free 2 night stay. You do not have to stay in the month of the drawing to be eligible for winning the drawing.
6. Free Housekeeping “touch up clean”: This benefit is free when any member stays 5 or more nights consecutively. Your unit will be scheduled to have the trash taken out, beds made, towels exchanged, and condo will be vacuumed. This must be scheduled with our front desk upon arrival. If you check out early before your 5th night, the charge of the housekeeping service will be added to your bill.
7. Complimentary Room Upgrades: Room upgrades will not be awarded until the morning of each arrival day, based on availability. For example, if you make your reservation in February for arrival on July 1st, you cannot be upgraded during the reservation process. On the morning of July 1st, if an upgrade is available, you will be automatically upgraded. If there are more Gold and Platinum member arrivals than available upgrades, upgrades will be awarded based on reservation booking date, with the reservation that was booked first receiving the first available upgrade.
8. Automatic 10% Discount for Gold & Platinum Members. Gold & Platinum members will receive 10% off their room rental. 10% discount does not apply to any additional services, housekeeping charges, or taxes.
9. RiverStone Family of the Year: Each January, beginning in January 2014, RiverStone will hold a drawing where 1 Gold or Platinum member will win “RiverStone’s Family of the Year.” The Family of the Year will get to choose 1 of 2 packages:
a. Package 1: Free 5 night stay in a 2 bedroom condo*
i. 2 Free Adult and 2 Free Child 2 day passes to Dollywood
ii. 2 Free Adult and 2 Free Child tickets to Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show

c. RiverStone reserves the right to substitute winning “Family of the Year” tickets and/or package elements based on show/item availability.
10. Free Late Checkout based on availability.
11. Platinum for Life Status: As long as RiverStone Signature Club is in effect, Platinum Members will be considered a Platinum member and will receive the benefits of the Platinum membership. However, members can only purchase with points if they have them in their account bank.
12. Guaranteed 2PM check in – Based on availability.
13. Free Cancellation up to 24 hours in Advance: All Platinum members will be allowed to “cancel” their arrival day and choose a different arrival day up to 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given of the deposit; however, we will allow you to move your dates up to 1 year ahead with no cancellation penalty. Members will be responsible for the rate increase if dates are moved to a date with a higher nightly room rental rate.
General Program Terms & Conditions:
I. Participation in the RiverStone Signature Club loyalty program is subject to the terms and conditions, rules, regulation, policies and procedures that RiverStone may adopt from time to time. RiverStone may amend the rules at any time without notice. RiverStone has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the rules.
II. RiverStone Signature Club loyalty program structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at RiverStone’s discretion, with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or its redemption may be imposed at any time.
III. RiverStone has the right to end the RiverStone Signature Club loyalty program by providing written notice to its members six months in advance of program termination. The right to earn points and redeem for rewards may end six months after notification, no matter the extent of member participation in the program.
IV. An account may be closed at RiverStone’s discretion if no points are accrued during a 24-month period. All points in the account will be forfeited at that time.
V. In the case of fraud or abuse involving RiverStone Rewards, point credit or reward use, RiverStone has the right to take appropriate legal action, and all points earned through RiverStone Rewards may be forfeited and the account closed.
VI. Membership in RiverStone Signature Club loyalty program, including any reward certificates that may have been issued to a member, may be revoked or suspended if a member fails to pay any RiverStone Resort bills.
VII. The awarding of RiverStone Signature Club points and the redemption of RiverStone Signature Club Points are void where prohibited by law.
Conditions of Enrollment
I. Only individuals are eligible for RiverStone Signature Club membership, and each individual may maintain only one account. Corporations, groups and/or associated entities cannot enroll as RiverStone Signature Club members. When traveling on business, it is the member’s responsibility to comply with his or her company policy concerning travel programs.
II. Accrued points do not constitute property of the member. Points accrued by a RiverStone Signature Club member are for the member’s benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone.
