Check-in time at RiverStone Resort & Spa is after 4 PM. If your unit is ready prior to 4 PM, we may allow you to check in early; however, we cannot guarantee early check-in. Check-out time is 10 AM. Any late check-out is subject to an additional night's charge.

RiverStone Resort & Spa offers a starter supply of soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, toilet tissue, facial tissue, and trash bags. Each condo is supplied with linen based on its maximum occupancy.

RiverStone Resort & Spa supplies every condo with dishware, utensils, baking dishes, teakettle, colander, measuring cups, knife set, 8-piece non-stick cookware, pitcher, blender, toaster, kitchen towels, and other useful items.

RiverStone Resort & Spa wants you to have the most relaxing stay possible during your Pigeon Forge vacation. We provide you with a clean, comfortable condo upon arrival and do not ask you to do anything before you check out. All guests pay a one-time departure cleaning fee so that the checkout process is minimal and the next guest arrives to the same clean unit. The cleaning fee is based on the number of bedrooms in the unit: 1 Bedroom – $69; 2 Bedroom – $99; 3 Bedroom – $119; 4 Bedroom – $149; Cabin – $149.

Upon reservation, RiverStone Resort & Spa will charge a deposit in the amount of the first night's stay.
Effective September 12th, 2024: Any reservation made for 5 nights or more is now a 14-day cancellation window. Any reservation cancelled 15 days or more before the arrival date will be charged a $75 cancellation fee and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Any reservation cancelled 14 days or less before the arrival date will forfeit the first night deposit.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: 8 days or more prior to your arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee of $50.00 and the remainder of your deposit will be refunded. 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, the first night deposit will be forfeited.
SEASONAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high demand of certain condo types at RiverStone Resort & Spa during certain times of the year, a Seasonal Cancellation Policy will be noted at the time of reservation. Should you need to cancel 14 or more days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund except for a one-time, $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 14 days before your arrival date, or in the case of no-show, the total deposit paid will be non-refundable. Changes to a reservation within 14 days of your arrival date are not allowed and no portion of the deposit will be refundable.
